  • Includes a hole sponsor sign, Lunch & Dinner for (2), and the ability to setup a table on the prize hole to network and display marketing materials.
  • Includes Golf, Lunch & Dinner for (4), a company banner under the pavilion, (2) hole sponsorship signs, special recognition during the award announcements, and the ability to speak to the audience briefly during dinner.

The Traffic Club of the Lehigh Valley and CSCMP-LV invite you to our Annual Clam Bake & Golf Outing at Green Pond Country Club in Bethlehem!

Enjoy a fantastic day filled with networking, fun, friends, great food, and golf—all while supporting our scholarship fund. This popular event sells out every year and often has a waitlist, so be sure to reserve your spot early!

Event Schedule:

  • Registration: 9:00 AM

  • Shotgun Start: 10:00 AM (Four-person scramble format)

  • Lunch at the Turn: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
    Featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, assorted salads, beer, and soft drinks.

  • Beverages: One six-pack of beer or soda per cart provided, with liquid refreshments available throughout the day. (Please, no personal coolers.)

  • Dinner: Begins at the conclusion of the golf round (approximately 3:30–4:00 PM)
    Choose from lobster, steak, or chicken, with sides including corn on the cob, salads, baked beans, clam chowder, and of course—steamed clams!
